Abigail L. Wolf Stanton, Esq.





Abigail Wolf Stanton is a senior associate at The Elder & Disability Law Center.  She is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School, and her B.A. in psychology from Brandeis University. Abigail’s practice areas at EDLC include Long Term Care Medicaid planning and eligibility, Life Care Planning and Management, and Supplemental Needs Trusts. She assists clients as they transition through the aging process, including special needs planning, housing issues, asset protection, nursing home admission, and financial and estate planning. Prior to joining EDLC, Abigail clerked at the Massachusetts Superior Court. Before entering law school, Abigail concentrated in child psychology research at the Judge Baker Children’s Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
