Chelsey S. Brammell, Esquire, practices in the areas of elder law, public benefits, Medicaid planning and eligibility, trust and probate administration, guardianship and conservatorships, and EDLC’s emerging practice in Life Care Planning and Management.
Chelsey is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She earned a Juris doctor from the University of Kentucky, College of Law in 2010, and a Bachelor’s of Art in Political Science from the University of Louisville in 2007. While in law school, Chelsey interned in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and in Kentucky Circuit Court.
