Valerie B. Geiger, Esq. joined EDLC as an associate in August of 2004. She is responsible for domestic estate planning for clients of all ages, including assisting clients with durable powers of attorney, advance medical directives, wills and supplemental needs trusts. Ms. Geiger also works in Supplemental Needs Trusts, Guardianships and Conservatorships, probate, and probate litigation.
Prior to joining EDLC, Ms. Geiger worked in a firm in upstate New York probating estates. She currently serves on the Probate and Fiduciary Panel of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and is an active member of the District of Columbia Senior Resource Group.
